我是刚到这边。我从小开始学习武术 想通过武术来交一些朋友。对武术感兴趣的朋友都可以给我留言。楼上的说练练孩子的男子气概。练武术讲究个精气神 再提高一下身体素质 对孩子确实很好

怎么练？人多了，说好练就好练，说不好练也不好练。基于最后练成的方向不同，人多就不好一起练。

有人是注重动作，表演那就练套路；有人注重实战，技击那就练泰拳，散打，空手道这类；其他人想活动活动，出点汗，拉拉筋，练哪样都可以，最关键是在于 “坚持”。

就算是跑步，也是一种练功的方法，不用注重形式的不同；

说好练，人多也好，因为大家可以一起练 “应用层”下面的基本功。
因为不管注重表演还是实战，基本功都是最重要的。基本功那就可以包括练 “力量”，“速度”，“耐力”，“柔韧性”；其实还有一项“反应”，但我不建议练套路的和实战的一起练这个，因为一个是表演性的反应，另一个是实战中的自然反应。

所以，大家如果聚一起了练，实战的朋友不要一上来就是打两下，套路的朋友也不要上来就翻跟头，下叉什么的。

练的“目标”以出汗，舒筋，一起叫累为主，之后回家可以睡个好觉。
