询问家庭团聚移民问题

你好，请问我母亲想申请家庭团聚T1类，现在已有20万纽币准备买房，申请后再汇来30万可以吗

好像不可以， 你要凑起了那50万才可以递交
对了 那50万还要证明来源的。 譬如做生意的， 就要交税单，工资就要show每年的工资证明
移民局要确定不是借来的， 安家费是通过合法渠道的来的
消息是中介给的。。。。。麻烦的很！！

只要在你母亲的户头里 理论上都是算的

当然申请的时候就要证明一共有50W纽币，包括动产 不动产，NZ的，国外的。。只要是申请人名下的

 funds held in an offshore bank account(s), together with evidence that the funds

我家是按老政策递的，本来想换成T1的，可是看证明这个资金来源还挺麻烦，父母在这里也有自己的存款和账户，可是是从华人换汇公司寄来的，是不是不行呀？
