标题: 关于新加坡中国公民96小时转机免签服务 [打印本页]

年底要回国。打算在回去路过SINGAPORE玩儿两天。有没有人最近去过？到底需不需要签证呢？网上有VFTF，但不知道现在是否还有效？在新加坡ICA网站根本找不到相关政策。谢谢。

我１２。１４号走，回中国的途中停新加坡３天，现在在办签证。可以找得到政策，上他的high commission网站就有。

好像直接出关就好，机场就能办的

我从FLIGHT CENTRE买的新坡航机票。被他们的VISA ADVISOR告之不需要签证。但在网上根本找不到关于VFTF的相关条款。分别给SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION 和ICA发了邮件询问。还在等回复。

Singapore High Commission终于回信了。内容如下：
The Singapore High Commission wishes to inform you Visa Free Transit Facility (VFTF) has not been removed . However, the satisfaction of the VFTF criteria does not guarantee entry to Singapore as all visitors are subjected to the assessment and discretion of the Immigration Officer at the time of arrival. Nonetheless, if you are traveller from a visa-required country and had planned in advance to enter Singapore as part of your itinerary, you should apply for a Singapore visa prior to your trip so as to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience or disruption to your travel plans.
不打算办签证了。如果闯关成功，回来向大家报喜。

为什么我得到的回复是需要visa呢？
"  The Singapore High Commission wishes to inform you that PRC Passport holders require a Visa to enter Singapore.

2       To apply for a visa, please down load Form 14 A which can be down loaded from our website at www.mfa.gov.sg/wellington. The completed and signed visa application form is to be returned to the Singapore High Commission at Level 7, Revera House, 48-54 Mulgrave Street, Wellington 6011,  New Zealand or P O Box 13140, Johnsonville, Wellington 6440, New Zealand with the following:

   (a)  Passport (validity for at least 6 months)

   (b)  1 recent photo (taken within the last 3 months)

   (c)  Confirmed flight itinerary

   (d)  Cash or bank cheque of NZ$ 29.00 in favour of "Singapore High Commission" (personal/company cheque is not acceptable)

   (e)  Prepaid return courier envelope

3       You are also required to furnish your hotel booking with the application forms for the necessary processing of the visa.

4       Please note that in Visa Application Form (Form 14A), the Address in the Country of Origin, refers to your address in China.

5       Please state the New Zealand Address in pg. 2 of the form under the column " Did you reside in other countries, other than your country of origin, for one year or more during the last 5 years?" Please also state the period of stay.

6       For your information, it normally takes three (3) working days to process the visa application upon receipt.

7       The Singapore High Commission wishes to inform you Visa Free Transit Facility (VFTF) has not been removed .  However, the satisfaction of the VFTF criteria does not guarantee entry to Singapore as all visitors are subjected to the assessment and discretion of the Immigration Officer at the time of arrival. 在第一次发邮件的时候，我也被给了同样的回复。后来FLIGHT CENTRE告诉我不需要。我就把邮件转发给SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION了。再次询问是否VFTF还有效。结果他们第二次的回复就如上。

不用提前办，出关前左手边有个ICA柜台（immigration checkpoint and authorization) 直接办理，会给你个白卡，留好，出关要交的。
