WTF !! landlord refuse to refund my bond on purpose !!!!!

sorry guys, in the company and cant type chinese

thing is I rent a single room in 53 cook st from an apartment and the landlord own the property.

He went back to China for one and half month and quite fit my time schedual so I decided to rent his room

I gave him over $1200 rent plus $180 as a bond and he promised me to return the bond after he got back as long as I kept the room clean.

AND.... he returned NZ at 23rd of March just few days ago.

HE did not answer my phone or wechat

Then yeaterday I found out....

HE blocked my phone...

blocked my wechat....

I cant contact him, and obviously he doesnt want to give the money back !!!!!!

WHAT THE HELL OF SUCH BULL SHIIIIIIIIT !!!

any ideas ??  im so pissed off !!!!  may i publish his personal info ?
