Role Overview
We are looking for a Showroom Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is customer-facing and plays a key part in delivering professional product advice, driving showroom sales, and supporting our in-store marketing and promotional activities.
You will work closely with customers, helping them select the right products and solutions, while also contributing to the presentation and promotion of our showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professional and friendly service Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and complete solutions Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers Maintain showroom presentation, displays, and product layouts Assist with in-store promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns Support basic online promotion and lead generation Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Requirements
Fluent English (spoken and written) – essential Previous retail or showroom sales experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven Able to quickly learn product knowledge and manage the full sales process Mandarin or other languages are an advantage, but not required
