Position Overview / 职位概述 We are seeking a responsible anddetail-oriented Logistics & Vehicle Coordinator to support ourdelivery operations. The role involves arranging deliveries to restaurants andsupermarkets, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring proper vehiclemanagement. 我们正在寻找一位有责任心、细心的物流与车辆协调员来支持公司的送货运营。该岗位主要负责安排送货到餐厅和超市，协调司机，并确保公司车辆的有效管理。
Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate deliveries to restaurants and supermarkets.
规划、安排并协调送货到餐厅和超市的工作。
- Liaise with internal teams, drivers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
与内部团队、司机及客户沟通，确保送货及时准确。
- Monitor delivery routes and optimize schedules to improve efficiency.
监控送货路线并优化排程，提高效率。
- Maintain records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
维护送货、里程及油耗记录。
- Oversee vehicle management, including maintenance schedules, WOF, registration, and servicing.
管理公司车辆，包括保养安排、年检 (WOF)、注册和维修。
- Report any delivery or vehicle-related issues to management and provide solutions.
向管理层报告送货或车辆相关问题，并提出解决方案。
- Support inventory and logistics team when required.
在需要时协助库存及物流团队的相关工作。
Requirements / 任职要求
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or fleet management preferred.
有物流、送货协调或车队管理经验者优先。
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
具备较强的组织及时间管理能力。
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
良好的沟通和解决问题能力。
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
能流利使用中文、英文和粤语进行沟通。
- Valid New Zealand driver’s license (preferred but not essential).
拥有新西兰驾照（优先但非必须）。
