  • 敏锐的市场洞察力和商业思维
  • 强大的危机处理和问题解决能力

Taiping Trading Ltd- Sales Manager Position Available

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to lead our sales team, expand market share, and build long-term partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company performance targets

- Manage and train the sales team to enhance overall sales effectiveness

- Develop new client base while maintaining existing customer relationships

- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities and develop corresponding strategies

- Handle key client negotiations and crisis management

Requirements

Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese and English required, Cantonese preferred

Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years of management experience

Core Competencies:

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities

- Outstanding communication, coordination and negotiation skills

- Sharp market insight and business acumen

- Strong crisis management and problem-solving capabilities

- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales data analysis
