This pivotal position is responsiblefor driving the sales of our newly built properties while also leading businessdevelopment efforts to secure new land and project opportunities for futuregrowth
Key Responsibilities: 1. New Build Sales & Client Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to sell down our portfolio of newly built residential and commercial properties.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial client enquiry through to negotiation, contract signing, and settlement.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential buyers, effectively communicating the unique value proposition of our developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, real estate agents, and industry partners to generate referral business.
2. Strategic Marketing & Brand Promotion:
- Develop and implement the company's branding and marketing strategy to enhance market visibility and position us as a premium developer.
- Create compelling marketing content (including digital, print, and video) for sales campaigns, social media, and the company website to attract potential buyers.
- Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and report on ROI and lead generation metrics.
Qualifications and Skills: - English and Mandarin speaking are required
- Combined experience in property sales and marketing within the Auckland real estate/construction sector.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for premium properties.
- Demonstrable experience in identifying, negotiating, and securing new business opportunities, such as land or development projects.
- Strong marketing acumen, with hands-on experience in developing branding strategies, digital marketing campaigns, and sales collateral.
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with buyers, landowners, and industry professionals.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and strategic thinker, capable of working autonomously to drive both sales and business growth.
- A full New Zealand driver's license is essential.
