Casual Receptionist Location:
SportHub Community Centre, New Lynn Working HoursThis is a casual role (non-fixed hours), and staff can select shifts flexibly. - Monday, Wednesday & Friday：5:30p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday：9:00 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
The candidate doens't have to cover all shifts, and can choose the ones that suit their availability.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers at the front desk, ensuring a high-quality customer service experience.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Monitor and track for walk-in customers. Intervene in the game if necessary for payment.
- Coordinate bookings and manage daily schedules.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area.
- Handle phone calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries and bookings.
- Support day-to-day operations and assist team members as needed.
Requirements- Responsible, detail-oriented, with strong customer service skills.
- Good bilingual communication and coordination skills.
- Able to multitask and adapt to changing needs.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn front desk systems.
- Own transportation & legal right to drive.
- Prior front desk or cashier experience preferred, but motivated beginners are welcome.
- Available to start immediately.
- Legal right to work in New Zealand.
